Apostolic Youth Ministry poetry

As a man I have been tempted and I have fallen,

Doing my own way and ignoring your call.

I knew not your name when I had my Ball,

But now I do, cause I’m up against the wall.

Why in Perfect Justice didn’t you destroy me?

For my rebellion it should be hell for me to see.

Instead I have seen the light of thy mercy,

My life, my heart, my soul belong to thee.

Oh Lord, Oh Lord hear my cry,

Forgive me of my sins, my soul I want not to die,

For I want to be in your sweet presence

Forever beyond the sky.
